Freight Delivery for Large Equipment
- The freight carrier may contact you to arrange a delivery appointment.
- An authorized recipient must be available to inspect and sign for the shipment.
- The delivery address must provide suitable access for a freight vehicle.
- Unless stated otherwise, freight delivery is curbside or dockside; plan unloading equipment in advance.
Inspect Before Signing
Note visible damage, defects, or missing items on the carrier receipt before signing. Contact us within 48 hours whenever possible and retain all original packaging for a claim.
